I accept the following insurance plans – United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS/FL Blue Oscar, Oxford, Carelon Behavioral Health and Quest Behavioral Health. I am happy to help you complete any Out of Network ( OON ) paperwork for submission for reimbursement to insurance. Self pay rates are $150 for an hour and $175 for a 90 min session.

I utilize the Headway platform for my billing and medical record documents. Please text me DOB, email address and pictures of the front and back of the insurance card. After I enter this into Headway you will receive a few emails for informed consent and intake assessment. Please complete this within 48 hrs of your session. First sessions can feel nerve racking but please know our conversation will be open, engaged and feel similar to talking with a friend but with the added benefits that a therapist adds to a relationship. This includes no judgement, unbiased feedback and the ability to discuss differing perceptions of thoughts feelings and actions. We may even laugh at some points. Most everyone feels a bit lighter after the first appointment per my experience.

We will work on scheduling via text as the schedule can have a life of its own at times. I will try my best to find a sweet spot day/time for you at regular intervals. I prefer 24 hr. notice for canceled appointments as it opens opportunities for others to catch a session block of time. In general no show and canceling outside the timeframe can lead to a fee for a missed session at the amount of the session cost ( insurance fee, not copay ). I do understand life happens and we will work through any situations that come up during our time together.
